At Dover Sutton, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was received

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Dover Sutton.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be cancelled once placed.

If you need to make a change (such as address or size), please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

EU & UK Consumer Rights

If your order is delivered within the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Items must be returned in original condition.
